How the commission works
- 208 Home Pro keeps a 30% placement fee on each completed job, with a $150 minimum. That covers the lead, the photos, the written quote, payment collection and homeowner support.
- Card and transfer costs are shown up front and come out of the pro's payout, never added to the homeowner's price.
- Membership never changes the placement fee — it only changes how early and how often offers reach you.
