Independent contractor relationship

Providers are independent businesses, not employees, agents or partners of 208 Home Pro. Providers control their own methods, schedule availability, crew and equipment.

Equipment, materials and inventory

Providers supply all equipment, tools, coatings, masking and materials needed to complete an assigned project, including sprayers, surface-preparation tools, ladders and transportation. 208 Home Pro supplies no equipment or materials and holds no inventory.

Material costs are the provider's responsibility and are factored into the fixed payout shown before acceptance. A provider's acceptance of a project confirms they have the equipment and materials to complete it.

Fixed pricing, not bidding

208 Home Pro sets the homeowner's price and computes the provider payout before a project is offered. Payouts are fixed offers — not bids — and are not negotiated per project. Accepting or declining an offer does not affect a provider's standing; repeated declines may affect offer priority.

Providers may not quote, discount or re-price 208 Home Pro customers directly. All pricing flows through the 208 Home Pro quote.

Insurance and registration

Providers must maintain general liability insurance and current Idaho contractor registration, and must supply proof on request. Lapsed coverage suspends job assignment.

Job assignment and scope

208 Home Pro assigns pre-quoted projects with a defined scope. Scope changes must be approved by 208 Home Pro before additional work is performed.

Documentation

Providers must upload before, preparation and completion photos for each assigned job through the provider portal.

Payment

Provider payout and any material allowance are stated on each assigned job and are paid after satisfactory completion and photo documentation.

Customer relationship

208 Home Pro owns the customer relationship. Providers agree not to solicit 208 Home Pro customers directly for competing work.
