Service Terms
These terms apply to homeowner projects requested through 208 Home Pro: garage door restoration and repair, floor coatings, storage, lighting and roof requests.
Cosmetic restoration only
Work is limited to cleaning, preparation and refinishing of the visible garage door surface. Mechanical components, hardware function, panel damage and structural issues are outside our scope.
Condition-dependent results
Results depend on the existing surface, prior coatings, substrate condition and preparation. Severely degraded, delaminating or damaged doors may not be good candidates for refinishing.
Color matching
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Where matching is not practical, we may recommend refinishing the full visible surface for a consistent appearance.
Access, weather and scheduling
Coatings are temperature, moisture and wind dependent. Projects may be rescheduled when conditions would compromise a durable finish.
The homeowner is responsible for site access, clearing the area in front of the door, and pets and vehicles during the project.
HOA approval
The homeowner is responsible for obtaining any required HOA or association approval for color changes.
Payment
A deposit may be required to schedule. Remaining balance is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Garage door repair requests
Mechanical work — springs, cables, openers, rollers, tracks and related hardware — is performed by vetted, insured independent garage door professionals, not by 208 Home Pro.
A request does not confirm an appointment. Repair scope and price are confirmed after the assigned professional inspects the door, because failures are often not visible in photos or video.
Damaged or unsafe components may be found during the visit. Any additional work is quoted and approved before it is performed.
Floor coatings, storage and lighting
Floor coating suitability depends on concrete condition, moisture and prior sealers, and is confirmed on site rather than from photos.
Storage and shelving loads depend on wall and ceiling framing; capacity is confirmed on site.
Electrical work, including added outlets and EV-ready circuits, is performed by an appropriately licensed professional and may require a permit and inspection.
Roof requests
Satellite-based roof sizing and any figure shown before an inspection is an estimate only, never a final price. Final scope and pricing follow an on-site measurement and inspection.
Hidden decking damage, layers and code requirements are not visible from imagery and can change the final price.
Materials and equipment
Independent professionals supply their own tools, equipment, transportation and project materials. 208 Home Pro holds no inventory and does not manufacture or warrant products.
Independent professionals
Work may be performed by vetted independent service professionals engaged by 208 Home Pro. 208 Home Pro manages the customer relationship and project standards.
